The pool

Lots of do's and don't. Doesn't have that relaxed local feel, bit stiff and corporate.

Breakfast was reasonably good, albeit it was suiting more to Asian tastes with various Asian meals being made available. But availability of various pastries and omlets/eggs made the breakfast experience more palatable for those who does not necessarily eat Asian dishes at the breakfast.

A range of cheese and tomato and olives would be nice.

Except Tawala and Alona is separate it should be accomdate both Tawala and Alona Guests and can have access the Pool at Alona

Great place to stay had a great time with the wife, will stay there again.

The bedings in our room was very humid the 1st 2 nights. There was sand on the sheet. Would have been nice that shower caps are provided The "pool" were too small that it was not comfortable to be in the pool with other guests.

Breakfast was outstanding. So much to choose from. The food was very good. The location was great. The staff was fantastic.

The only small complaint I have is that I like a flat sheet and comforter on my bed. They have a funky sheet/comforter combo that didn't work for me. A small thing.

The structure and design of the resort was so relaxing and beautiful. The staff are very polite and courteous. The food are super delicious. I cannot fault anything in this place. Perfect, brilliant and magnificent!️

WHAT I LIKED: Very attentive and welcoming staff except for the guy at the reception. Upgraded us and let us check in earlier. Helped us on our booking extension also. It was a nice experience, overall. Loved their happy hour

WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE: Bad coffee, very limited breakfast option Some masseuse lurk by the Hennan beach while you are trying to rest on sun beds. They will literally ask you so much time even if you already said no and just want to rest. Pillows are already saggy, I had stiff neck at the first night

Construction is still on going and the elevator is always under maintenance

1. Communication- from my inquiry to reservation questions, everything was replied to immediately. 2. Check in- I arrived past 8 am and not even 20mins later I was texted for an early check in with no charge. 3. Location- shops, McDonald's, other restaurants within very convenient proximity 4. Beach- walked Alona Beach end to end and Henann's beachfront is the most maintained. 5. Expansive property- I am a trained long distance runner and I had a great run at 4:30am daily within the premises all the way to the beach. Amazing! 6. Pools- Either use the really quiet and more private pools of Tawala or be with the rest of the crowd in Alona, all pools are awesome. 7. Proximity to airport- literally less 15mins away! 8. Generous breakfast spread- some regular staples and others are regularly changed. 9. Overall feel- so great that I had to cancel my 2nd trip to Bali for 2020 and opted to visit Henann again instead. I really enjoyed my stay that I have already paid my April 2020 visit in full even before checking out. Definitely excited!

The rooms were big and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast buffet was good.
